Great place, great service, great staff

We stayed for a few days in early June at the Cresta in Flims. It was a wonderful experience. From check-in to check-out we felt welcome and at home. The room was great and spacious, breakfast was delicious and had many choices - but what really stands out is the staff of the hotel. They all were very friendly, helpful and made us really feel welcome. We would for sure come back to Cresta if we are in the region again

Das Hotel hat 2 Nebenhäuser. Leider hat es sehr viele Treppen. Der Garten rund herum ist sehr schön. Die verschiedenen Häuser sind untereinander verbunden, so dass man auch bei Regenwetter trocken von einem Haus zum anderen oder in den Wellnessbereich gehen kann. Das Personal war sehr hilfreich Wege im und ums Hotel zu zeigen, damit ein Teil der Treppen umgehen werden konnte.

Toll aber zu viel geheizt

Wie das letzte Mal habe ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Einziger Negativpunkt: Im Zimmer waren die Heizungen voll offen. Das geht doch in dieser Zeit nicht.

Tolle Auszeit

Wir genossen vor allem das geheizte Bad und auch den kalten Schwimmteich. Der Garten mit den vielen lauschigen Plätzchen und nicht zuletzt das gemütliche Zimmer im Nebenhaus. Wir können das Cresta nur empfehlen!
