Room bathroom floor was dirty, carpeted hallways and stairs were dirty. The cafes on site were not open (on line stated they were). Asked several times for refills on bathsoap & conditioner, showed up the following day. Lazy river ride had a lot of people not in tubes, bumping into.

This was the first time that i had a good breakfast from a hotel. The breakfast was great. The waffles were slammin. Also the hotel was very clean and the staff was very nice and respectful. 10 out of 10.

Very happy with our stay at Big Al's! It was the perfect getaway for my husband and me. The weather was beautiful, which made everything even better.
