Steppend out to Villa Sonnenschein, our comfortable and quiet family Villa. From the open terrase, you can envoye the sunset und the sunrise.
Our house is the ideal choice for singles, honeymooners, surfers and families looking for a relaxing and peaceful place.
The house is surrounded by palm trees and its own pool and private parking.
Restaurants, Bars, Supermarket, Pharmacy are 450 Meter from the Villa.
It has 6 apartments, which are spacious, sunny and tastefully decorated. All apartments have air- conditined.

The modern apartment offers sleeping possibilities for up to 4 persons. Each apartment is stylish and different.
The apartment has 80 square meters and 2 elegant and quiet bedrooms as well as a private terrace or private balcony.
The kitchen with granite cover is fully equipped with all necessary appliances: refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, water cooker and microwave as well as crockery and cutlery.

The equipment of the living room offers all the necessary comfort: TV, DVD player, music system and CD player.


They also have their own washing machine in the bathroom and the laundry can be dried on the sunny balcony.
The Internet is free.

We rent car and motorbike.

Cozy and

I had a great time in this apartment. It is a very quiet neighborhood and just a few minutes walk to the beach, restaurants and bus-stop. Jess was a great and professional host, always available if I had questions. Everything I needed was in the apartment. It is very modern and with high standard.
