Die Wohnung ist top, wenn man das Wohnen in einer offenen Gestaltung (ähnlich einem Loft) mag, eine gute Kondition im Treppen steigen hat und ein sehr enges Parkhaus keinen Hinderungsgrund darstellt. Ich habe mich insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt, die Nähe zur Innenstadt und dem Hafen sind ein absolutes Plus.
