Flemish Ardennes Holidays from NZ$4,401

Location is amazing, steps from both the train station and Grand Place. Can’t beat the location. Corners of the room were a bit dirty; it’s like the only do a superficial clean. We found a contact lens on the floor. But bedding, towels and the like were clean; I’d give it a 3.5. Not gross, but could be improved. Our room had low spots; I’m 5’8” and I hit my head twice on the door jam to the bathroom. I’m also a huskier gentleman and the shower was tight for me. We were in the loft room; not sure if other rooms have the same problem. Staff were helpful and the price was right. I’d stay there again.

Perfect location, friendly staff. Room had dust under the radiator and caulk in the shower had mold. As did the windowsill in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable. No view out the Windows and hall way was pitch black until you walked a few feet into it. Slept well. Appreciated the ceiling fan and AC.

Staff is very sweet. Breakfast was good . They have a timer for air conditioning. Which is a great thing , but when it stops at night it gets hot . There should be atleast a fan that is on through . Specially for someone trying to beat jet lag. The construction about the property is still going on , but it doesn’t stop you from walking around . It’s just not pretty . But that’s not in control of the hotel. I’m sure once the constructions are done it will be good . Rooms are big and nice . The bath tub class divider should be bigger so that water doesn’t spill all over the washroom. We felt safe and secure and that’s what’s most important. They are working on adding more fun things like sauna etc . Thank you for having us . We will come back !

Loved the location about this hotel. Close to all main attractions, restaurants and train stations. Hotel itself is beautiful, rooms were updated and the bed was comfortable. Would stay here again.
