The Space:
With a lovely lakeside setting surrounded by trees, you’ve found the perfect launching pad for your western North Carolina vacation! This studio condo sits 30 miles south of Asheville, just north of the South Carolina border, and is surrounded by hiking trails and waterfalls, as well as plenty of local breweries and restaurants when it’s time for a post-hike beverage. Condo amenities include an outdoor pool, tennis court, gym, kayaks for exploring Jordans Lake, a small, private beach, and a shared fire pit, perfect for roasting marshmallows. Enjoy the lake view from your front porch, then step inside, where you’ll find a comfortable studio space with a full kitchen, small dining table, two comfortable queen beds, and a streaming-capable TV. Adventures await - all that’s left to do is book! - Two canoes are provided.
- The pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day.
- Streaming services are available using your own account.

- All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

- All properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.
