"Stayed here years ago, and had fond memories of a quaint experience. However, this stay was less than ideal. We had three rooms booked for family trip. They put the three rooms at random places, felt they could have put them closer. Room keys for all three rooms worked sometimes, but then didn't. ..."

"Check in person was overwhelmed with a computer problem. During the delay there was no acknowledgement to the 3-4 guests waiting in line that she knew we were there but she was working to solve a problem. Seems to be a training issue with new staff - a guess on my part."
