Great Experience!

This cozy home was the perfect spot for our weekend getaway! Very clean upon arrival. Plenty of space. Kitchen was easy to cook in and living room with space to hang out. Overall very happy with how nice this spot was and very convenient for getting to Snowbowl to ski as well as walking to downtown Flagstaff.

Beautiful Guest House!

The casita is very nicely decorated and seems to have high quality finishes. The bed is comfortable and the bath towels are nice and thick. We enjoyed having some wine on the back porch. We hope this place is available on our next visit to Flagstaff! Would highly recommend it!

Great property in a terrific location. The door code is a bit long winded. No towels were stocked. Used the washer and dryer, found a load of towels and was asked to fold and put them away by the management company.

Awesome Location, Spacious, Roomy and High End

Loved location! We could walk to the local fitness center, park, tennis, and downtown. Huge space with large bedroom, living, bath, kitchen and my personal favorite a washer and dryer. We really enjoyed the fireplace and outdoor area. We loved the privacy and anonymity while there. The owner also rents out the main house so half the time we were there we had no neighbors. Great neighborhood and very walkable. The bed was comfortable, but feel like it could use an upgrade, would have really appreciated a TV in the bed room as well. Other than that it was a perfect stay.

Overall a beautiful and comfortable stay

Overall my family and I were quite content with our stay. The house exceeded expectations of charm and space . The fireplace was very much appreciated for its remote control convenience and warmth . We we’re thankful for all the amenities and necessities provided which made our stay as comfortable and livable as home . We had only a few concerns which we only find worth mentioning for future guests who might mind more than us. We did notice cob webs in the kitchen and on the bedroom lamps , as well as some tissue left behind the bedside dressers. We had to fiddle with the front door keypad on quite a few occasions to get the code to be accepted . Quite often the lock would time out with an error signal if a second had gone by without finishing the code. The television more often that not had no signal and the tv remote would stop working at times. Because of this we were unable to log out of our Amazon Prime video account. Lastly , the most concerning part of the stay was that the smoke/carbon monoxide detector was chirping every minute of our stay because of low battery and even rang off very shockingly a few times during our stay

The location was perfect. Although we didn't ski, we did go to the ski area and hike. It was easy to walk to local restaurants downtown. The lock to get in needs 10 digits and it took several tries. One time we called for help, but was able to get it before they answered. The host called us since they had a missed call which was great follow-up! The kitchen was great, but didn't have coffee filters for the coffee pot and limited coffee cups, so we just washed dishes by hand instead of using the dishwasher. The patio furniture was fantastic, but we only used it once. I would definitely stay here again. Everything was clean and comfortable.

few things that were not great

The house is high quality in structure, furnishings and artwork. The internet did not work. The water/ice maker did not work, and there needs to be more instruction on what to do if fire alarm goes off, how to with internet and please change the batteries in the door lock. I had to get 3 codes but finally got access to key which worked going in but would not lock going out.
