"Our two-night stay was great. Beach was great with hardly anyone thete and pool had easy access. Location was very quiet. Bed was a little firmer than what Im used to but overall great place and we will be back!!!"

"The shower floods every use due to the design. We never had enough towels. Pool towels are way too small. "

"This facility wasrun down and dirty. Our water did not work and the faucet was out the wall. I had a staff member tell me we would have accept a double room because that was all they had, but that wasn't what we paid for. This was the worse place I ever stayed. You could not even enter the hotel from the side door because they do mot work. The staff take no pride at all in the place they work. Rooms there are not worth $100. Hiles in the walls rust in the bath tub and cracks in walls and shower. Not to mention none of the rooms have a microwave, so do not plan to reheat anything "

"We've stayed here before and loved it but this time was kind of a disappointment. When we arrived we arrived late and unpacked the car and got up to our original room and there was no air at all. It wouldn't us change the temp from high and after driving all day and the front office sent someone up to look at it and they said we will fix it tomorrow. Ummmm no. We arent staying in this room overnight with that temp. I loved that took it had a huge vanity in the bathroom. The staff was great through all of it and we're very accommodating to find us another room but when we got up too the next room we were ready to lay down and the keys didn't work so I had to go back downstairs to get them reprogramed. Finally got to our room and the bed wasn't as comfy as the first one and the layout was completely different. A much smaller vanity. The next morning, they offer free breakfast which is great because I was looking forward to their fresh pancakes which are made perfectly from the machine that you pusha button. However the breakfast room air was off and it was packed out and the thermostat was set to 84. When I mentioned it to the staff at the front desk, they said yeah we know. So we decided instead of being packed in a sweat box eating breakfast we grabbed bfast. We will probally stay again because we like the location however I would like to see the hotel make some renovations and especially getting a "Best Western Plus" the pool and balcony in the room were the best part"
