"This is in general a great place. Rooms are clean and quiet, beds are comfortable, location is great. Their automated checkin system has never worked, in all the times we've stayed there, however: the front desk is understaffed with generally just one person who is often quite harried. Company needs to ditch that automated system. "

Keypad entry codes for street and unit buried in email. Weekend/late night street noise notable (earplugs provided on nightstand though!). Overall - Great value; not recommended for anyone needing on-site parking/assistance or desiring hotel-like conveniences. "

"The check in process was horrible, I was sent a code the day before to get inside of the property along with instructions, come to find out the code didn’t work and the key to the home was missing. I waited 3 hours trying to communicate with the host until I got a reply back. The back door lock wasn’t working seem like it was broke, one person had to stay in the home while we went outside because again we couldn’t lock the front door. Water was leaking from the front door into the home when someone took a shower. The couch is sunken in. The upstairs floors are very squeaky they can use strips on the steps because them stairs are very slippery. Overall this is a great property just needs to look into the things I pointed out. Also parking was great as. Check out time was 11am and the cleaning lady showed up at 9:55am while we was getting ourselves together to leave very inconvenient because we didn’t get into the property until 7:30pm and we arrived around 4:30pm. At least the parking was great that’s the only thing I can brag about "

"This sweet apt had everything we needed for our Fishtown getaway. Alberto thinks of everything right down to the bottles of soap and shampoo in the shower. Lovely deck in the back was an added bonus space. The remodeling done in this classic Philly row home is classy and tasteful. Our dog felt right at home as well. Great to have nearby places/ parks to walk dogs. Also, Alberto is super responsive. The wine bottle opener was broken, and within an hour there was a new one in the mailbox. Comfy bed. Super clean upon our arrival."

"The place was clean and spacious. Very roomy, my and my family stayed for 4 days and had a wonderful stay, pictures doesn’t do this place justice. All the towels and bedding are super clean and well put together. They do provide the essentials like shampoo and conditioner and body wash. They had all the kitchenette wear and provided some water bottles. They responded very promptly and quickly when I had questions . If you need a place to stay in Philadelphia this is the place it’s nice and quiet the neighborhood was quiet. I highly recommend staying here and if I ever come back this is the spot I will be staying at again. Thank you staff for a wonderful clean quiet stay. "
