If you look at the sarcastic and rude replies to feedbacks, you'll get the full story. When you request a taxi, they just call their buddy who charges you twice as much."

"I normally don’t leave reviews but our experience at the Coco Mat hotel in Athens is worth acknowledging. The hotel staff was absolutely amazing, great location with walking distance to shops and restaurants. The hotel staff was super attentive and went out their way to make sure you felt comfortable and welcomed. We would definitely recommend staying here and would be coming back in the near future."
