"Our group had stayed at this hotel one week prior, and my review was less than glowing. This time, however, we had a larger room, the pillows were excellent. Any stay can have special needs, and I want to extend special kudos to Mariia. She’s an immigrant from Ukraine. She’s a fantastic problem solver and manages employees well, with persistence, kindness and never raising her voice. I would recommend this hotel strongly, as a high value proposition."

"Love staying here and always enjoy my visit! My only concern this time is that the hot water heater for tea/coffee in the room was very old and was shedding plastic inside the pot when water was heated. That urgently needs to be replaced!"

"The only negative thing I have to say about this property is that I didn't stay longer. This was easily the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Breakfast was incredible, the restaurants were amazing, the hotel was gorgeous, the spa was other-worldly, and the staff did everything in their power to make sure I had everything I could have needed. I can't wait to come back and stay longer. "
