"The staff was helpful and the room clean, the water in the shower hot with good water pressure, the towels were plentiful and and the maid service efficient, its just a tired building with worn fixtures outside the immediate entrance area. But for a visit to Provendence it is located in a very good area of town."

The beds were very comfortable. Getting the car out of the parking garage was very difficult. Had to use the help button at the gate to get out because the instructions they gave us to exit were not correct or the exit gate wasn’t working. The view from the hotel was nice. "
