"The room was clean, it definitely needed some work in bathroom with mold in tile grout and around faucet, toilet part holder was broken so TP was constantly falling off;,the AC did not cool the room at all….the fan would run but the temp never seemed to change/ lower. The staff at the bar, coffee shop and check-in counter were very nice and helpful. There was a waitress in the restaurant that had minimal people skills and did not know the way to properly serve food, pour water, reaching across others to place food, put down drinks, pour water, etc. After traveling that entire day, our 1st night dining there, without knowing and without her telling me, placed a 28% gratuity on our bill for 4 people. Having not noticed that until later that evening, I had tipped her an addtl 20%, which she didn’t earn or deserve. We also spotted a mouse in the restaurant, by the windows, and she blew it off saying that they get in whether doors open from outside. "

"Loved this hotel it was close to where I needed to be. 5 min from Amtrak station. I Loved the room. Everything was clean and perfect. I only had one issue but didn’t make a big deal of it because I only stayed for one night. The water in the shower was lukewarm. The sink water was hotter. I hope it was the room I was in. Everything else was excellent. I will be back if I need a place to stay in Philly. "

"Getting in was a little confusing. They give you the building code and the unit code but then they have step-by-step instructions and when it’s supposed to show the building code, do they show the unit code. So I got confused. Beyond that though the room is big and expensive and feels very comfortable. It’s also got a pizza place downstairs which my kids loved to get food from. And it was a great bar to relax at the end of the day."

"Lobby was nice. Room was nice. Room service was good. The downside is you are almost forced to plan your entire day around waiting for the valet. Upon check in we were advised to give them 10 minutes to get our car when needed. It regularly took AN HOUR to receive our vehicle. They had a group of attendants standing around at the valet desk but only had 1 person retrieving vehicles from the parking garage. 10-15 minutes is acceptable, not an hour! "

"Very nice place. I stay here every time I come to Philly. My only complaint was one of the room mates, who was hounding me in the middle of the night because I started coughing and sneezing. Explained to him that I could not help sneezing, and that if he didn't want people to sneeze and cough in the room with him, then he should had gotten his own personal room. "
