"The entrance, lobby, elevator, hallway and rooms were clean and orderly. The entire business smelled good and was busy. Hotel room was clean with a nice view. Check-in/check-out desk was great. They were courteous, friendly and helpful. "

"The staff were lovely from the get go and the room was peaceful and quiet with lovely amenities when I arrived. Shut out to Michael at the front desk. Even their heating system was quiet for sleeping as I happily discovered. ElNico restaurant serves outstanding food in a gorgeous setting. "

"There was mold & mildew in the shower of the first room, 2nd replacement room, and toe nail clippings visible on the side of the bed as soon as I moved into the 3rd room. The dust was so unbearable it triggered my allergies & I had to take meds. No upgrades were available for a suite or anything better due to staying for a week. The coffee & pastry options for $34 daily resort fee were lackluster. The free drink/appetizer selection at the bar was decent if you drink well liquor. Overall, it was the lack of cleanliness that ruined the my stay. Towels not replaced after housekeeping cleaned. Had two sets for two people only one set replaced. Fire Alarm starts blaring around 11am no warning….My spouse and I were about to exit my room, along with other guests on my floor, but before we did, I called the front desk and was informed random testing would occur until 3pm. Would’ve been nice to know in advance. I won’t be coming back. Too many things to ignore…"
