"Staff and facilities brilliant "

"Disappointed overall. Issues with checkin as no link sent to do it online, the (virtual) hotel reception were helpful but it was stress I did not need. The WiFi did not get sorted until late afternoon then day after I checked in and to top it off, the balcony window shutter collapsed when I was putting it down on my last evening. This is a new place and I wish them well but I felt like it was unfinished and overall I was disappointed."

"This hotel is a beautiful modern gem in a historic city. Room was spotless, bed was super comfortable and you can even sign into your Netflix! Tea/coffee and water was provided complementary and there is a mini fridge too where you can keep your drinks/snacks cool. The roof top bar/pool was just perfect. A quiet retreat during the day, with a small pool to dip in, and a chilled ambiance by evening, with cocktails and snacks available to purchase. The staff were incredibly welcoming and extremely helpful in providing us with support and information about getting around and travelling to the south of the island. Very well located. Plenty of shops, bars and restaurants around and a super market just a short walk away. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay again if I come back to Las Palmas. "
