"It was pet friendly! Staff was great and the check in/check out process was super easy. The complimentary breakfast was awesome! It’s been a long time since we’ve been blown away from a staff member when we went down for breakfast. He saw that out hands were full, plus we were holding our dog too. So we went out of his way and got us a tray! And even made us some pancakes without asking. We didn’t catch the gentleman’s name that was working that shift. But he was awesome and really stood out to us. We got better service at this hotel’s free breakfast than most restaurants we’ve been to. Highly recommend! Plus there’s restaurants right infront of the hotel for dining options! & Walmart which was a 5 min walk incase u needed anything. Would 10/10 come back to this hotel next time we visit Kelowna "

"The kitchen unit I stayed in was well furnished, clean and lovely. It was very quiet this time whereas last year when I stayed here the neighbors were extremely loud. As I was on the 2nd floor this time it was challenging carrying a heavy suitcase up and down 2 flights of stairs. Also it was a bit pricey for off season but overall I quite enjoyed my stay."

"Nice resort style property on Lake Okanagan. Booked for a last minute one night stay in Kelowna. Clean rooms with friendly staff & free parking. Not very walkable outside of hotel grounds, but there are a number of restaurants/ places to grab a drink on the property. Nice boardwalk along the water. "
