Air conditioning and heating with heat pump for comfort all year round. Private parking space in the same building included in the price. The building has a communal pool children’s pool. Only 250 m from Cala de Finestrat beach, 300 m from the supermarket and bus stop. Perfect for a holiday by the sea!

L'appartement est très bien situé et agréable. Très propre et calme. Une grille entre la petite chambre (lits superposés) et la petite loggia serait idéale pour pouvoir laisser les fenêtres ouvertes et faire circuler l'air. Des nappes afin d'éviter de salir les tables.
