"The web page specifically stated there was a hot tub in the pool area. The pool was indeed available and all was clean and fairly warm. But the hot tub had been removed during the latest renovation according to staff at the hotel, so there was none there. I really needed the hot tub after a 11 hour drive. I was not happy, but did not complain, because I'm sure the desk clerk did not have anything to do with the missing hot tub."
