Historic courthouse completed in 1888 amid Findlay's gas boom years. The courthouse cost $500,000, an enormous sum, particularly so given Findlay's population at the time was only 20,000 people.

The courthouse features an 18' copper statue of John Hancock atop the clock tower. Inside you'll find ornately tiled floors, lovely stained glass windows and early Victorian woodwork.

"The staff was super friendly! I booked a queen and they upgraded me for free! The room was really clean, the sheets were nice and white. I was honestly really shocked I didn't find anything wrong. I did appreciate the fact that they wifi was pretty good and I was able to stream Netflix on the tv. The breakfast was pretty good, they had waffles, eggs, biscuits, and gravy so I was set. For the price you really can't beat it. I will definitely be back! Keep up the good work!"
