"Excellent lux hotel right across from city hall and Eaton Centre. Very busy on the weekend, mostly young people running back and forth across the lobby in groups. Plenty of private spaces, tables, booths, sofas, study rooms to have drink or coffee. Everything you need is there during the day and evening, a bit hard to find food later in the evening, vending machines with soft drinks only. Pack your small snack or get take out earlier in the day.Park across the street changes into sleeping area for shady characters at night, best to stay on hotel’s side of the street. Also check what’s happening downtown if you are coming for the weekend, roads around the hotel can be closed, gridlock is impossible, cannot get in or out by car, only solution then is walking or public transit - subway station is right at univ avenue - 3 min walk."

"Comfy bed and pillows. Minimal amenities in the room/bathroom. I was too warm at night and couldn’t get the thermostat to work so I called the front desk and they informed me that the heat/cool is on a central system. The lady at the front desk was kind enough to send a fan to our room and that helped me sleep good. The parking garage is good for shorter/smaller cars and reasonable per day rate for downtown. Location is excellent. "
