Clean room - great value!

Basic room at a great price! Convenient to the Meadow Hot Springs (our main purpose in staying in this area). Nice to have a refrigerator and coffee pot in the room. The self check-in was convenient - no problems!

One night, it was okay!

I apologize for not leaving a tip. I actually tried to send a text message to your phone number to see if I could zelle over a tip. I didn't have any cash on me. I apologize. The room was okay although it could use a little updating. Other than that it was fine for a night!

Great place to stay for the money paid. Comfortable bed and hot shower. One thing I didn’t like was it’s called Bobs Station on Expedia and the only sign I seen was Kanosh Motel. You are staying at Kanosh Motel. Door code worked so I think we were at the correct place :)

I enjoy the great customer service about a late check in. They called me to confirm information for check in. That was greatly appreciated because we came in really late. The property is very cute and the outside is green with grass and lined with flowers. It's was a very clean room and comfy bed.

This is a small “motor inn”. Old-fashioned, but clean and neat. There’s an inviting grass lawn and picnic table out front. This place is a wonderful value. The only thing I wish for is a larger side table in the room. There’s not quite enough room for cpap and electronics charging.

The room needs better blackout curtains or shades. It was very bright in the morning as soon as the sun rose. Check-in and out was simple and the room was ready as soon as I arrived. There is a general merchandise store just down the street with grocery items, plus. A bit removed from the freeway, but easy to get to the motel and back. The mattress seemed a bit old and the box support was a bit noisy. Overall a good value and nice place to stay. I would be happy to stay there again when passing through the area.

Great Small Motel In Small Town Very Quiet

So those expecting this to be a 5 star hotel you’ll be very disappointed. That’s not what this motel is. It’s in a small town and I mean small. It’s about 10-15 mins off the I-15 corridor but for me it was worth it. I have family in Fillmore and I’ve stayed multiple places there and honestly with though the room was small but it had what was needed for a good nights stay. Definitely will use this again when I need a stay when I’m in Fillmore. The price was great and worth the extra 18 min drive. The motel is an older building but those running it now have really tried to make some updates to it and it is clean which other places I’ve stayed around I’ve been worried about the cleanliness. So great little off the path place. If you need a place definitely check this out.

It is a surprisingly clean and comfortable place. Unfortunately the night we stayed we had a severe thunderstorm that took out the electricity in the whole town which means we didn’t have any air conditioning for the night. It got pretty hot and stuffy in our room. We would’ve opened the windows but didn’t have a screen in one of them. I would still recommend this place if you need a place to stay.

A nice place for overnight. Comfortable bed that squeaked. Good TV channels to choose from. He sent me the door code because I arrived late. I never even had to check in. Park right in front of the door. It seem that Bob’s gas station is the only business in town so there is nowhere to get breakfast. I went north about 20 minutes to the Paradise Café in Fillmore. Good food!

Having made this reservation on the road with very spotty service the detail of no front desk at the premises was missed. That being said, upon arrival I tried to call the after hours phone number for some help and the number listed was unable to receive phone calls. With no way to get help we were forced to leave to find other accommodations. Mistakes happen but a working phone number to even leave a message when having problems should be a requirement.
