"I’ve been here twice, and it has become my home in Colombia. The staff are so friendly, always welcoming, and eager to help. My two experiences here have been fantastic. The food is excellent, and the cleaning every day was exceptional. I honestly feel like the security at the front door is very protective and welcoming. I love this hotel.
