We were given a room without a working shower because the water wouldn't drain. We couldn't contact the front desk because no one was there, and the phone numbers provided didn't answer. We had to use all the towels to save the room from flooding. My husband diligently cleaned the shower drain, removing about half a pound of fluff. (Where is the management here? Why don't they check the rooms?!) We went to bed without a shower (because we had no dry and clean towels left) at 1:30 am., and at 6:30 a.m., we were woken by the crew working on the hotel expansion (6:30 a.m.!!!). "
