"Long check in process but room was nice and clean. Convenient location for airport. They take shuttle reservations but don’t honour them when boarding and many guests got on shuttles they were not scheduled for. "

"I truly enjoyed my time at the resort with my family. The overall experience was wonderful, and the staff made our stay very special. The breakfast at the Liberia Buffet was fantastic and delightful, and I absolutely loved the Americana Restaurant—everything there was amazing. It truly felt like a paradise. However, I would like to share one disappointing experience. At the steakhouse, we waited in line for about 30 minutes, and then we were told to wait an additional 5 minutes. During that time, other guests were allowed in ahead of us. After waiting a total of nearly 50 minutes, we were then informed that a reservation was required, which had not been clearly communicated before. Unfortunately, the staff member assisting us was rude and did not provide accurate or helpful information. By the time we were able to make a reservation, it was almost the end of our stay, which was very frustrating. Aside from that experience, everything else was excellent. I want to sincerely thank all the hardworking staff, especially at the Liberia Buffet and Americana Restaurant, for making our stay so enjoyable. My family was very happy, and we truly appreciated the care and service we received"

"They advise that golf is included. It IS NOT. the main dinning doesn't open until 8am. If you want a coffee before 8am. You have to pay for it. The all inclusive drinks are watered down. The bus ride from airport is long, bad roads, and heavy traffic."

"The place looks very nice from the outside but the room are cheap, bed slide all Over the place, cheap plastic patio furniture, the shower had leaks along with the overhead shower head being off and shooting in all directions. Room Service was a 2 out of 10, with sandwhich that I made when I was 5 . Pool was nice, entertainment was good. Dennis wore good a staff was good. Room was not good . "

"Breakfast every morning was excellent. The staff was always very helpful and it’s a great location if you want to explore the beaches or Central Liberia."

"We had no water 3’times while taking shower- very stressful. They mention a problem that lasted 3 days of our stay. We were offered early check , however it was not possible at last moment. We have to wait approximately 2 hours until we got the master suite. Even though staff was nice, I will not recommend the hotel to friends and family. Definitely there are better choices hotels in the area."

"Great stop for an early morning flight. Pool is gorgeous with a waterslide! Yummy dinner—left too early to have breakfast. Front desk arranged a cab for us. Looks a little rough on the outside but it’s a true oasis! Def recommend "
