I booked 3 nights for my parents last year for their first time in Fiji, they loved the hotel. They had music and great food to enjoy from breakfast, lunch and dinner. My dad has a language barrier and has a hard time communicating in English, he wants me to book his stay here when he visits again because he enjoyed his last stay. Highly recommended, I booked 2 nights for my parents again for their layovers in Fiji and they can’t wait. Thank you for taking good care of your guests. Mahalo

Room not clean properly, bathroom not cleaned and towels not changed. We were left with wet towels...The restaurant is just as bad. Order a pizza and wait an hour fourty minutes when No one else was in the restaurant...Breakfast time order fried eggs from the egg station to go with the Bacon and bakebeans for breakfast. Had to keep going back to the egg station 3 times asking about the eggs. Only get a smile and no reply..No eggs. Go to reception to complain about the room not being cleaned and also no eggs at breakfast. All i got as a reply was Oh. I asked for the manager and told he was out on site somewhere. I ask if he could contact me in our room and gave room number....other guest sitting in the lobby also agreed with me that the service was shocking..3 days still no contact from the manager and still towels not changed on our final night. I highly recommend that people DON'T book into the. Tanoa Hotel in Nadi because it's far from being anything higher than a 1 start Hotel.

Our family had a great experience using this hotel to wait for our flight home from Nadi. Wonderful and attentive staff. Very clean rooms! Airport shuttle was fast and efficient!

When we booked our vacation we reserved a nice room. When we got there we were given a room that wasn’t very comfortable and nice. We were very happy when the manager changed our room. Thanks to everyone.

We had the air con issue on the first day, we were then shifted to another room on the day after. We really appreciated their quick action. The morning tea/buffet breakfast was very good and heaps of food. It would be perfect if the swimming pool is bigger. It’s also very close to the local grocery store and takeaways. We enjoyed our stay.

Was the most amazing stay we’ve had. We enjoyed the relaxation that Fiji bought on our honeymoon. The staff are amazing and very friendly and welcoming. Would highly highly recommend this place to anyone travelling to Fiji.

Staff were very nice and helpful. Only had a problem with the bathroom where the shower was leaking into the main bedroom which was annoying had to get extra towels where sometimes we wouldn’t get enough. I had to call everyday to reception to get this fixed but wasn’t dealt with.

I was put in a room that was two doors down from renovations that were very loud and noisy. I don’t understand why they would put guests. They drilled all afternoon and were back at it early in the morning

Excellent all round service. Food options was amazing housekeeping was great. Air conditioning was a little hard to adjust temperature and the power tripped out on my last night. But very minor things would highly recommend the hotel. Buffet breakfast was brilliant and food was available all day which was really convenient

The pool area is small and has limited space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Which is a shame as it is a nice setting. Dinner and breakfast were great. We booked a superior room for 2 adults and 2 kids for our last night before home, but I’d was two double beds. No pool towels on arrival either. Overall nice spot, good food options, just lacked a bit of relaxation space to really enjoy it, compared to what else you can get around Nadi airport for a bit cheaper.
