Great for the price
Good hotel for the price. Some minor maintenance issues, such as one lift broke down for 24hours during our stay, however customer service was excellent and swiftly directed us to a second lift. Friendly customer service, good security and free parking.

They are the best; I would recommend them to my friends and families whenever they are travelling to Fiji. The best thing about Ratsun Nadi Apartment is that the location is very good, there is a food court on the 1st floor and shopping center on the ground floor which is very accessible :-) and they have the best customer service. Very centrally located. Spacious well appointed apartment. Generally tidy. Furniture needs cleaning/updating as stains were very visible. One lift was out of order leaving only 1 available which was shared by a lot of people including shoppers and the general public making wait times long. Staff were extremely helpful going out of their way to assist.

Great spot
The staff was super friendly and helpful. Checkin was quick and easy. Room was large, clean and very comfortable. Since traffic was stop and go, we walked from the airport with our luggage, which wasn’t too bad. We loved the grocery store that is just downstairs. The only potential issue (not for us though), was that the air conditioner was loud. We are already planning our return!

The property was poorly maintained, needed a lot of upkeep. The room wasn't clean enough, the bed sheets had hair and stains on it. When we asked for new sheets, it took over an hour for them to bring it. Skip this, there are better airport hotels around.

Requested delivery of a blanket and I was told to pay $20. This made me really upset because this seemed unreasonable. I was feeling unwell and felt cold even with no A/C. Asked delivery of hair dryer since there wasn't any in the room and it didn't show up for more than an hour. I am not sure if it was delivered at all. There was cockroach in the utensil drawer. The room I was in seemed like I was trapped inside with no outside light or view called a studio room and for this reason I would recommend booking a one bedroom apartment which will have a tiny patio.

The property is in a very well situated. However, it wasn't all that clean - edges around the carpet seemed like as if they have never been vacuumed and curtains etc were not that clean. Furniture was all broken with parts missing and TV never worked. I think the price has gone up but the standard has fallen.

Service was good. Reception staff were friendly. Porter was helpful. Great that they put a cone outside of the hotel so we have a carpark space. Stayed here for one night before flying off. Close to airport and 24hr bakery downstairs handy :)

This was my first time staying here while my husband had stayed there a few times and talked highly about it. The staff were wonderful (5 stars for them), the room was okay but the property hasn’t been maintained. I couldn’t believe it had been opened for maybe 5 years or so, it’s already starting to look rundown. I was disappointed after hearing such good things about it.
