Large hotel with a range of amenities, but no comparison in quality to the superb Novotel at Lami in Suva. My room had seen better days, the bedding was low quality and customer service was not great.

I stayed one night at the hotel. It was raining during my stay and had the one of the boys working their take my bags to my room, which was very helpful. I enjoyed the dinner i had that night. Also the free buffet breakfast and the chef that makes the omelet for breakfast was soo lovely. All the staff are soo lovely and kind. Had the real fijian bula spirit 🙌 🤗😍

Older facilities, quiet hotel, not much happening. Staff are friendly, service is sub par. If you’re doing tours everyday and just needing a cheap hotel to sleep at it’s good. But if you want a hotel to chill at this is not the place for you. Much better hotels to choose from.

Good location as in 5mins away from the airport but the rest was downhill from there. Excellent staff, very warm, friendly and helpful but the hotel itself and rooms was terrible! It’s like the place hasn’t been renovated since it was built. Rooms smell damp and musty. The bathrooms wasn’t good. Cracked basin, bathroom and shower combo with black stains. Mini fridge and tea/coffee making facilities was in the bathroom which just didn’t feel hygienic. Walls are thin so you can hear all the noises from other rooms and guests. Didn’t seem like there was any curfew about noise pollution after 10pm. Wasn’t an enjoyable stay.

It’s fine for an airport stopover-not for a longer stay. The property has seen better days so not luxurious, but satisfactory for a bed and shower- all reflected in the price.

It’s okay
Vintage-Tropical Vibe. Dated but clean and well maintained EXCEPT for the air-conditioning, which is a deal breaker for me in the tropics. Restaurant quality and selection sub-par.

Slow staff. Always on Fiji time. We stayed in executive suite and was suppose to get wine on arrival. Staff told us will deliver in room in 10 mins but no wine till we checked out. Had to remind. Pathetic service

We booked Novotel Hotel and experience is okay. Coz the toilet flushing switch not working properly and water continuously flowing and toilet flushing tank pressure is no good so we have to wait and flush couple of times. And shower pressure is also no good like dripping water. I tell receptionist second day that can someone come and fix toilet flushing problem! They said will do today and till 3 days know one come and fix. And we are leaving in next day Overall okay.

This property is very rundown and dated. There is nothing to do in the surrounding area. If you are waiting to transfer to an island property it would be much better to stay at a resort on Denarau Island.

Really tired hotel. Room had a odd smell, I could feel the springs through the mattress. This place needs a major Reno. I wouldn’t stay there again. The price and brand name was not reflective of the value. Staff were very lovely, I couldn’t fault them. It’s really just the rooms.

The property is looking a little tired and could do with an upgrade. Staff do a good job with regard to cleaning. Shame the 9 hole golf course was only 5 holes as 4 were out of action. However the staff were friendly and helpful and a pleasure to be around. Food was also lovely. Great location as close to airport and in walking distance of a shopping mall. Was a quiet place to stay even with its close proximity to traffic and shops. Enjoyed our stay.

i would say the staff were helpful and excellent, expected a new hotel. the bed room was clean n welcoming didn't like the shower area it looked old and wasn't expected clean maybe the corners of the shower needed more attention the room had a stale and damp smell as we walked in, a good airfreshner overall experience GOOD

Convenient location, close to town and yet quiet and private. Friendly staff from checkin to checkout. Amazing Chef - made customised omlette with sausages and mushrooms. Our visitors were greeted and guided to our room. Beautiful scenary and surrounding with many services offered on-site such as massages, swimming pool, table tennis, golf and more. Would recommend and will stay again.

The Novotel Nadi was a beautiful little oasis right near the airport. The front desk staff were efficient and helpful. Service at the restaurant/bar however, was quite slow and orders were prone to being forgotten so don't head there if you are in a hurry.

Great clean accommodations and friendly staff. Convenient location there is a super center 5 mins walk down the road with a supermarket. Breakfast was great had something for everyone. Great Spa experience book ahead though.
