Tuscan countryside villa with great views

Amazing stay! The villa is so quaint and has the perfect backdrop of the Tuscan hills. The breakfast was functional but the homemade pies, tarts and cake were just out of the world and everyone is so nice 😃😃 we would definitely be back again! You do need a car to get in and out of the place for sure. The Mall Firenze is about 10 mins away if you fancy outlet shopping

Me and my partner stayed here for 3 nights and from a 3 week stay across Italy, it was the highlight of our trip. The Villa is gorgeous, the rooms are spacious, comfy and clean. Breakfast is lovely and plenty of option, they’ll even make a lovely omelette if you’d like one. The pool is amazing and has views that are out of this world. Only downside is the location and having to get the bus into/out of Florence everyday but very grateful to the owner and her daughter for the lifts they gave us to the stations. Couldn’t recommend enough!

This property looked beautiful online. I booked this for a last minute stay for Easter weekend with my family. I requested to cancel prior to check in, due to our baby not feeling well and was told there was absolutely no cancellation, which was fine, and that it would be the same price if I cancel or if we stay, so we decided to make the 2 hour long drive trip to the property. We came in wanting to love our stay and excited. That was quickly diminished within seconds of trying to communicate with the hosts. Check in instructions were nonexistent. The garden studio we booked looked nothing like the photos- trash and debris all over. We were willing to look past the outside appearance and try to make the best of the stay until we saw two huge spiders on the bed immediately upon walking in. Given that this is Tuscany, a few bugs are to be expected, but upon closer look there were live bugs crawling in every corner. All under the bed, the walls, and in the bathroom. After disposing of the spiders on the bed, we walked in to the bathroom to flush the spider down the toilet and we were greeted by leftovers in the toilet and a complete mess left by someone else. We waited ~30 minutes to speak with someone at the property to ask them about the conditions, I also sent a whatsapp message as we packed up our baby back into the car and was told this by the hosts: “I m sorry just change bedroom if u want”. Unprofessional, filthy, and deceiving. Do not waste your money or time.

Goed maar niet meer voor ons.

Uitzicht en zwembad waren top. De service was prima alleen stonk het heel erg op de gang en de kamers. Misschien hebben ze problemen met het riool. Kamer is prima en van de standaard gemakken voorzien.

Ett underbart ställe med atmosfär och gott bemötande. Omgivningen vacker. Personalen ordnar allt. Man kan beställa lättare lunch ( sallad, smörgås) vid frukosten om man vill stanna vid poolen under dagen. Det tar ca 10 minuter att åka till restauranger. Finns 2 ställen som är toppen. Fråga personalen.

Sind schon viele Jahre Gäste in diesem Hotel,waren bisher auch immer zufrieden.warne jedoch vor dem Zimmer hortensia. Dieses Zimmer ist eine Zumutung, durchgelegene Matratze, Wasser in der Dusche nicht regelbar, Duschtür defekt. Dies entspricht keinesfalls einem vier Sterne Hotel.

Bella villa ottocentesca immersa nel verde a due passi dall’outlet, buona colazione e staff gentile e cordiale. Peccato per le stanze arredate in maniera discorde allo stile dell’edificio e in alcuni casi con cattivo gusto. Altra nota negativa, l’acqua calda non si riesce a regolare. Insomma, posto con grande potenzialità in alcuni casi inespresse, peccato.
