"We stayed for one night en route to Nice airport and everything was excellent. It’s location just off the motorway allowed for an easy journey yet there was no noise from the road at all. "This is a unique and special place. A little pricey, but worth it. This is a manor house built in 1795, with a wine cellar, and an indoor swimming pool also in the cellar. Just beautiful. We stayed on the top floor, with a round water bed, and skylights that look up to the stars. There is also an outdoor wooden infinity swimming pool with a jacuzzi corner. It's just an amazing feeling to be in a wooden swimming pool. Lovely breakfast. Wish we had been able to stay 2-3 days."

"Excellent hotel with very helpful staff! Great location for going into town and great location if you enjoy playing golf! Great spa with excellent choice of treatments! The rooms are great, good bed and very quiet! Great pool and the breakfast has loads of choice, very good! The only down thing is the bugs, mosquitoes. I would be good if the hotel puts a bug diffuser so they don’t bite in the night! As my husband and I have been bitten to death!"

"The room was clean but needs renovation. Wardrobe handles and lamps are broken. Great to have a swimming pool but some of its rules are incomprehensible e.g., why men can only use speedo and not shorts? If it is for hygiene why swimming caps are not compulsory? Also, I would expect the hotel to provide beach umbrella for the shade, while apparently you have to bring your own for the pool. But who does that?"

"We only stayed one night but the staff were super friendly and accommodating bearing in mind we arrived very late. There is parking onsite and the hotel is in the centre of Frejus which would be very convenient if you wanted to stay for a holiday as parking is notoriously difficult that close to the beach and marina. The hotel is simple but realistically you wouldn’t spend that much time in your room and the beds were comfy."
