"Good location and clean. Lots of stairs! Garage only fits small vehicle. No response when messaged owner on day of arrival about where to park when our vehicle did not fit in the garage. Parked in a lot that appeared to belong to the building and woke up to a sticker slapped on the driver’s window that we could not park there. Other than that, good stay"

"This is an older property with typical issues related to older architecture. This is a great property for someone who wants to spend there time out-n-about in Traverse City. Lots of stuff is easily within walking distance. A bike shop with rentals is just down the street. It is only a few minute ride to downtown TC. Great communication with the management of the property"

"This space is prepared and equipped beautifully for a short or long stay! The spaciousness to every aspect of this “cabin” is absolutely perfect. We had two people in our party, but you could comfortably have up to four. Walking distance from downtown made this an awesome location! "

"This is a wonderful unit if visiting Traverse City. The modern unit was comfortable and felt like home with all of the amenities that I needed. Parking is provided by Golden Swan which is not included with other units in the same building. The location to downtown is incredible."

"Lovely little apartment, our patio looked over a field where we sat in the evening. If you have trouble with stairs, though, there are a few to the door and more down to the apartment. Otherwise, it was cozy and quiet."

"We enjoyed our stay in Traverse City. The property is on the 2nd floor but an easy climb up the flight of stairs. The apartment was very clean and we had chocolate chip cookies and chocolate covered cherries upon our arrival! We enjoyed eating breakfast at the Traverse Bay Grill, just a 5 minute walk from the apartment. If you are bothered by noise, Front St. is a very busy street. Ear plugs are provided if needed. We enjoyed sitting out on the front porch in the evenings. All in all we enjoyed...
