"We were very pleasantly surprised with our stay. The food at this casino is phenomenal well above most casinos we visited. The staff was friendly. Rooms were clean and pool was warm and nicer than most. My only complaint was the mattress in the room was old and srpings felt thru. All around tho very pleased with our stay. "

"The Murano hotel is conveniently located in downtown Tacoma in walking distance from the museums we wanted to visit. The interior of the hotel is beautiful and decorated with glass art. The only downside was that only 1 out of 6 EV chargers on the parking lot was for non-Tesla vehicles. And that place was taken by a car which was finished charging but the owner didn’t bother to free the parking space. I wish the administration of the hotel would monitor such situations."
