"Overall, we had a good stay. The welcome was kind and friendly, and we appreciated the effort to make us feel comfortable from the start.
The setting is charming, with decor that feels truly authentic and thoughtfully done, giving the place a warm and unique character. However, there are a few things to be aware of. The walls between rooms are quite thin, so noise travels easily — we could clearly hear our neighbor snoring during the night. The bed was okay, but not the most comfortable we’ve...

"Everything was wonderful. I would suggest you knowing a little Italian before you go to Italy, but the accommodations were just up to my expectations. The staff was wonderful. The cleaning ladies were wonderful and the buffet in the morning was just what I needed. I would definitely go back and stay there and recommend it to my family and friends. It’s in a great location to go to all the smaller cities around it and you can either walk or take the tram for less than two dollars."

"The property is clean and convenient location… the restaurants nearby are decent and popular. We were very happy and will come back.
The balcony with chairs and table outside is a plus. I love it!"

"We loved the Cosy House. The owner Vincent welcomed us when we arrived and very helpful. The place is nice as the pictures shown the site.
The rooms were clean and well maintained and appropriately equipped. There is a small kitchen you can use, free coffee and Vincent leaves you a few treats each day.
The location is great as it's close many dining options and is a short 10min walk to the Santa Maria Cathedral.
We will definitely stay here again."

"Loved this hotel, on a nice quiet street and only a short walk into the centre. The hotel is very modern, the rooms were spacious and had everything we needed.
Staff excellent. Would recommend!"
"Helpful and friendly staff, fun facilities (yes, you really do need swings in the entrance!) Small but perfectly formed rooms. Lots of space to work or relax around the hotel, fantastic selection for breakfast, great rooftop bar and pool. Easy walking distance into the town centre and main station, and the tram stop just outside takes you directly to the airport in about 25 min."
"The location was convenient and an easy walk to the main sites. The room was large and clean. The breakfast was great with lots of selection and we enjoyed having cold water and cappuccino's available all day."
"We absolutely adored this stunning hotel in the heart of Florence and couldn’t have been better looked after by the team throughout our stay.
From the moment you walk through the door to the thoughtful evening turndown service, every detail has been carefully considered. The rooms are stylish, the bathrooms are modern and beautifully designed, and everything felt light and airy despite the Italian summer heat.
The bar and terrace are gorgeous and the perfect place to relax with a drink. Service was a little slow at times, but we quickly realised that’s simply the pace of life in Florence. Don’t be afraid to ask, the staff are more than happy to help.
Everyone was warm, friendly and always available when we needed anything, even via WhatsApp.
A genuine 10/10 stay. We’d happily return."
"Really cute and beautiful room and hotel overall, with artistic design and nice amenities. The lobby is really beautifully and thoughtfully designed, and the staff were super helpful and friendly. The hotel's location is also at the heart of the downtown at the historic center; making everything a walking distance.
However, certain items in our room didn't work properly. For example the the toilet flush took extremely long to refill, and the pillows were a bit uncomfortable."
"Great hotel. Good location, and a great price for the area. Just steps away from the main train station. Good food at the included breakfast too. It's also nice that thy have a filtered water machine to fill up your water bottles."
"We spent 3 days in Florence and the hotel was one of the best parts of our stay. First the rooms are clean but 2nd and most importantly they are cool. The bathroom had a great rain down shower head. The staff was extremely helpful and made checking in and out a breeze."
