"This beautiful building is clean and lovely ambience . Room and bathroom good size and what you expect from very large old hotel odd things like some worn carpets paint worked chippped but nothing awful . The staff who greeted us young lady on reception on Friday 1st May pm was so attentive and young man who served us drinks again lovely and polite and speaks a lot of languages . The food in the restaurant on site superb and the young waitress was so lovely again . Excellent value for money !!!!"

"Room very clean. Bathrooms will need to be updated ie walking showers instead of baths? Breakfast very fresh with plenty of choice = viennoiseries, breads, fresh apple and multi fruits juices, cold meats, cheeses, yogurts, etc.. Various brands and flavours of teas. Coffee machine offering espresso, capuccino, hot chocolate etc.. A welcoming bar offering various drinks = beers, wines, spirits with snacks ie peanuts, crisps, chocolate bars. Big car park - free and secure - gate closed at night. Great location. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, walking distance (2mns). Only 1 hour's drive from Calais, 2h30 / 3h to Paris. And the best = FANTASTIC STAFF. Very friendly, organised and always happy to help. Always stay there when we drive from Yorkshire to the centre of France (Nievre - Bourgogne Franche Comte). Highly recommended "

"Very clean and modern new hotel. The bathroom is a bit small especially the area around the sink that is only the width of my hand."

"The staff is great, even I am slightly late, he is keen to help and mention he lives in the same property so I can reach out if I have issues with my keycard. The room size is acceptable but the bathroom is very tiny, it is very hard to turnaround in the shower room. Equipments are a bit old and slightly unclean. Mattress is a bit old too. While the room/hotel is non-smoking, I feel like I can smell smoke inside the room. The heater was not warm enough even if it is in mid-March. Plenty of parking space. Not a minus but please note there is no water kettle or hairdryer. "
