"The restaurant was mostly confined to the bar area, which made it crowded and noisy. Our room had no refrigerator nor an easy to use coffee machine. The parking lot, however was secure and convenient."

"AC broke on the first hour there. Asked for a different room and was full and told to check tomorrow. Called five times to get the AC fixed and was told each time it would be. The next day I was told they would try fixing it again instead of moving me. Supposedly tried calling me later in the night ..."
