"Clean room and friendly staff. After it snowed 5 inches when I went to leave I was very very disappointed, they did not plow the parking lot nor the sidewalks. Even after seeing a lot of people trying to roll their suitcase's outside they did not shovel nor plow."

"The room was clean, bathroom was clean, room was quiet in evening, no issue sleeping. The staff was courteous. We had no issue checking in and checking out. The amenities were great with the restaurant and lounge. We would definitely stay again at this hotel."

"Great location. Within walking distance to all venues and restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. Valet parking was a little pricey but turned out to be worth the cost. "

"I veryyy much enjoyed my stay here at embassy suites. The atrium inside is BEAUTIFUL, and i love the glass elevators. I felt like I was in a rainforest right in the hotel lobby. The breakfast here is great too, so many options AND omelettes made fresh right in front of you. I love the setup of this place and the staff were kind and quick. I like that the hotel is tucked back in a quiet area and not on the main road. The pool and hot tub area is clean and nice, but the weekend i went there was a wedding, so it was a bit busy. The hotel gives you coupons for a free complementary alcoholic beverage at their bar each night you stay. They also have a restaurant inside. Plenty of parking and luggage caddys. The beds are comfortable and have a ton of pillows of them, my king bed had 5 fluffy pillows! I highly recommend staying here, you will definitely enjoy the views and the comfort."
