Unfriendly staff. Didn’t feel welcome.
Rooms weren’t very clean. Ants in the room for example. Staff weren’t very friendly upon check in. We came in at 6.30pm and asked if we could eat in the restaurant. We hardly was allowed dinner as they were closing down. So we rushed through dinner and generally didn’t feel very welcome. Beds were ...

unser Aufendhalt war leider nur kurz, aber wir haben die Tage genossen. Mit der Unterkunft waren wir sehr zu frieden. Fam. Bergmann hat uns ausflugstechnisch sehr gut beraten, sie sind sehr freundlich und bemüht auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen

Staying in an historic schloss in the eastern German countryside was a unique experience. The owner/manager was friendly and helpful, though communication was a bit disconnected at first. The Schloss is well off the beaten path - but very charming.
