Beautiful home

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and spacious home. There were many activities for all ages. The heated pool, badminton, ping pong were great for the extended family to spend time together. They also have bikes and trails behind the house. The house was clean with plenty of towels, pool towels available. I would definitely recommend this house.

Great family holiday!

I rented this house for a holiday for my extended family of 10 people and there was plenty of space for everyone. The house and gardens are both lovely and located in a very nice village. The swimming pool was large and well maintained and we really enjoyed this especially as the weather was hot during our visit. The house is very well equipped with good quality furnishings and fittings and the owner was kind and easy to deal with. I would consider returning again for another holiday and highly recommend the house.

Beautiful Property Close to Paris & Versailles

We stayed at this property in July of this year .... extended family ranging in age from 19 to 88 years old, from Scotland, England and Australia..... .. a family get-together. Everyone had an exceptional time in Feucherolles, a very quiet village , but with reasonable access to Paris via train from neighbouring towns. It was great to travel into Paris to see all the sights, but also lovely at the end of the day to return to the peace of Feucherolles and to enjoy this beautiful property. There were a few bicycles available at the property and we enjoyed cycling into the village for croissants and bread in the morning. The large pool was fantastic, and the garden had plenty of spots for everyone to relax in. A car is essential though, as it is not within walking distance of any restaurants or grocery store. I'm afraid I cant recommend any restaurants for dinner though, as we preferred to take advantage of staying in such a beautiful spot and had dinner at home! The kitchen was excellent and very well equipped and there was a BBQ in the garden, so it was no problem to make dinner for the 12 of us. The only criticism I would have, and it is a small one, is that as we were 12 adults staying at the property (maximum capacity), another bathroom or two would have made it perfect. So all in all, a great stay at a beautiful property, which I woud have no hesitation in recommending.

Es handelt sich um ein absolut tolles Domizil in perfekter Lage für Menschen, die es ruhig mögen! Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter (auf Englisch) war sehr gut, alles hat Vor-Ort geklappt. Sämtliche Information des Vermieters werden von den zusätzlichen Informationen in der Hausmappe ideal ergänzt. Der Vermieter hat zu jeder Zeit das Gefühl vermittelt,…zu Hause sein zu dürfen! Séjour parfait en famille

1. La maison est à la fois extrêmement bien conçue, aménagée, décorée, équipée. Au rez-de-chaussée, grande entrée, grande pièce à vivre, cuisine pour ceux qui aiment... cuisiner, avec deux fours, deux lave-vaisselle, plein d’équipements... Suite parentale avec salle de bains, douche à l’italienne et bain. WC séparés, A l'étage, espace de travail, deux salles de bain, deux WC séparés, cinq grandes chambres, nombreux placards. Volets électriques partout. Parquet dans les pièces à vivre, carrelage élégant partout ailleurs. Décoration soignée. Garage avec table de ping-pong, vélos à disposition... Equipement vidéo... que nous n’avons même pas testé ! Cheminée non testée (séjour en août). 2. La propriété : grande, arborée, entièrement close, magnifique pelouse, deux salons de jardin, tables à manger, barbecue électrique... la première route est à 100 mètres. 3. La piscine : 15x6, on mage ou on s’y amuse, au choix. Ou on s’y repose, dans la dizaine de transats... volet pour la sécurité enfant très facile d’utilisation. 4. Le site : la propriété donne directement sur une forêt, idéale pour les balades. C’est ça le vrai luxe ! Le village de Feucherolles est charmant, avec une mention pour les Fermes de Gally, magasin de fruits et légumes et autres remarquable. 5. Les environs : Paris est à 30’... 6. L’hôte : Éric est particulièrement réactif, arrangeant et réellement soucieux du bien-être de ses locataires. En synthèse, séjour parfait. Nous louons plusieurs maisons par an depuis trente ans. Celle-ci se classe très très haut et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir !

House lovely but garden disappointing and pool unheated

The house was clean and very comfortable. The meet and greet was very helpful and informative about the local tourist attractions.The area was delightful and a beautiful setting with the forest behind the Villa and the use of the bikes was perfect. It was a shame that the beautiful garden was neglected and the pool remained unheated. We would have given a 5 star rating if these things had been attended too.

Fantastic house in tranquil setting

This is a very well-equipped and maintained house in a peaceful garden with private access to adjacent woodland. A very good pool in the pretty garden. Super kitchen to work in and shade as well as sun outside on the large terrace and garden as well as by the pool. Not far from Paris and Versailles so lots to do and see. There is s good bakery nearby and a very up-market food store. Large hyper markets about 15 mins away by car. Very helpful and charming owner. I would highly recommend a stay here.

très agréable we à feucherolles . Maison spacieuse, très fonctionnelle et formidablement équipée. Nous étions 7 et chacun a pu y vivre à son rythme sans se déranger. Cuisine haut de gamme avec 2 machines à laver la vaisselle, réfrigérateur 2 portes, fours à vapeur et chaleur sèche, vaisselle complète avec grand choix de plats..... Comme il a fait beau, nous avons pu faire un barbecue et déjeuner sous le parasol.. Jardin paysagé très agréable avec coin ombre, coin soleil, coin piscine (belle !), coin jeux..... A 10mn, shopping possible chez Barbecue and Co ....pour idées de cadeaux ou préparer son repas... propriétaire prévoyant et ultra méticuleux ! maison à recommander TRES VIVEMENT pour we en famille

Cette Maison est tout à fait exceptionnelle. Nous avons fait appel à Eric dans le cadre d’un séminaire d’entreprise d’une 10aine de personne et tout s’est déroulé parfaitement bien. La maison est d’un grand Standing avec des chambres très confortables, un salon spacieux, une cuisine grande et très fonctionnelle. La saison hivernale ne nous a pas permis de profiter de l’extérieur mais cette maison au milieu de cette verdure nous a assuré paie et tranquillité. Pour finir notre hôte, Eric , a été d’une grande gentillesse et très professionnel. Nous recommandons vivement cette demeure en toute saison.

Belle propriété haut de gamme

Tout confort, belles prestations. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette maison spacieuse, lumineuses et bien équipée et notamment la cuisine ainsi que la cheminée. Les éclairages nocturnes du jardin sont très appréciables et donnent un bon cachet à cette location haut de gamme. Un grand merci pour les attentions ainsi que les décorations de Noël. Nous recommandons vivement cette propriété et reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Cette maison au luxe design idéalement située

Cette maison au luxe design et épuré se retrouve idéalement située et au calme absolu. Un grand jardin extrêmement agréable entoure la propriété, mais aussi de longues terrasses, une grande piscine. Une simple porte dans la palissade et vous êtes dans le coeur d une forêt . Propriétaire discret et à l'écoute. Très réactif.

Une magnifique soirée

Nous avons loué la maison d'Eric dans le cadre d'une soirée entre collaborateurs (nous étions une quizaine). La maison a enchanté l'ensemble de mon équipe et nous avons pu profiter du très beau jardin, de la terrasse et de la grande piscine (à température idéale). Eric a été très accomodant et s'est chargé d'accueillir et d'installer avant notre arrivée l'ensemble des prestataires que nous avions sollicités pour cet évènement (traiteur, mixologiste, magicien). Nous sommes ravis de cette expérience et nous recommandons chaleuresement ce très beau lieu pour l'organisation de vos soirées d'entreprises. Cela offre un format tout à fait original et différent des restaurants ou hôtels, où l'on fini par se sentir un peu comme chez soi. Merci Eric !

Lovely Vacation Time - Exceeded Expectations.

If you think you have experienced what a great host is, you will be blown away by Eric. His property is very meticulously kept, it is full of amenities and my kids simply loved it. We had our extended family (12 total) and were very comfortable, with fresh linens and all hardware in pristine shape. The place is close enough to downtown Paris for day trips, far away to be relaxing and strategically located to travel to places like Versailles and Saint-Germain En-Laye. We completely agree with all the other positive reviews shared. Very much recommended and will love to come back for another vacation soon. Thank you Eric for the great time we had!

Cadre de vie d'une qualité exceptionnelle, cette maison dispose de tout ce qui peut être imaginé pour rendre le séjour inoubliable. Des chambres avec couchages de très bonne qualité, un salon qui dispose de tous les agréments pour vous inciter à ne pas vous coucher et une cuisine digne de ce nom. Dans cette dernière, un équipement à faire pâlir un chef 4 étoiles. Nous y étions tellement bien (6 personnes dans le cadre de nos activités professionnelles) que nous ne sommes jamais sortis si ce n'est pour aller sur notre lieu de travail. Maison d'une qualité et d'un confort exceptionnel. Pour les aficonados de la cuisine, un espace cuisine à faire rêver et un matériel qui vous permet de tout faire. Pour le coté travail (on ne voyage pas que pour le plaisir) une espace agréable pour 6 collaborateurs avec une réseau wifi de bonne qualité et des conditions exceptionnelle pour travailler jusqu'à très tard. Un grand merci pour la qualité de ce bien.

Beautiful location- highly recommended

My family and I , 8 adults and 3 children , stayed in this beautiful house in August . Even though we were a large group of varying ages there was no problem with space . It lacked for nothing . We have all been to Paris several times in the past so decided to go a little further afield. Mornings were spent sightseeing . Versailles , Monets Garden , Chantilly , Chartres . All quite close to Feucherolles . The afternoons were spent by the wonderful pool . We dined en famille each evening on the large comfortable terrace overlooking the lovely garden. We texted Eric during our stay with a couple of minor queries and he got back to us immediately . It was my 70th birthday and Eric kindly left me a bottle of champagne for which I thank him again . We can highly recommend this beautiful house .

Magnifique maison dans un parc arboré avec piscine chauffée, proche de Paris et de Versailles. outre les prestations excellentes de cette demeure, les environs vous permettent de profiter d'un supermarché avec des produits du terroir exceptionnels : La ferme de Gally. Les villages environnants( St Nom la Breteche, Feucherolle) ont aussi des supermarchés pour vous permettre des soirées familiales ou amicales où vous vous régalerez (grâce à une cuisine très bien équipée) devant un feu de bois. Piscine, vélos, pingpong etc... pour vous détendre.

Magnifique propriété

Nous avons passé une semaine formidable dans cette propriété que nous ne pouvons que recommander. Tout y est impeccable, conforme à la description, que ce soit la maison extremement bien équipée et très joliment décorée (literie neuve et de très bonne qualité, formidable cuisine ultra équipée,...), ou le magnifique jardin et la piscine très bien chauffée. Nous nous somme régalés! Rien ne manque en matière d'équipement, que ce soit intérieur ou extérieur, et tout est joliment agencé avec beaucoup de charme; la forêt attenante est magnifique et propice à de formidables ballades à pied ou en vélo. Mention spéciale pour le charmant accueil du propriétaire.

We had the pleasure of staying here with my children and some friends for 2 weeks. The house is amazing, so beautifully renovated, a classic French countryside house. We were only a short drive to Versailles and its castle and to Paris. The owner was so helpful in telling us what to visit and where to go. It has a beautiful big garden, is very private with high green hedges all around . The property has a great pool that we would love to come back and use in summer. The property backs onto the same forest where Louis the 14th hunted . We enjoyed many walks through this lovely forest. There were bikes for us to use and we enjoyed riding these in the forest and to the local village to buy some beautiful French patisseries. The house was very clean, is well maintained, has 6 bedrooms , plenty of rest rooms, a home cinema , and so much more to offer. Some days we just relaxed at the home and enjoyed the garden. Close by we visited the Castle of Versailles and St Germain en laye. The kids had a great time using the table tennis, badminton and piano. The beds were very comfortable, better than any 5 star hotel we have stayed at. The kitchen was a chefs dream, making it a pleasure to cater for a large group. We found going to Paris so quick and easy , only 35 minutes and we were enjoying the Eiffel Tower. The owner has a beautiful furnished flat in Paris next to the Eiffel Tower and a property in Provence that we enjoyed a few summers ago and he is a delight to deal with. We look forward to our next holiday in France and staying at one of his properties.
