Sertil Royal is a good hotel. We enjoyed our stay. We only stayed for one night but enjoyed the view of Oludeniz and the pool was lovely. It was quiet and clean. We did have to switch rooms because the toilet was broken when we got the room. But they were very accommodating and quick to put us in another room. We also got to the hotel 3 hours early and they allowed us to check in early which was very kind of them. Breakfast was good with quite a lot of variety to chose from.

Yatak konforluydu oda ferah ve güzeldi. tam otele gireceğimiz gün boş odaları kalmadığı için rezervasyonun gününü değiştirmeyi teklif ettiler. Bunun mümkün olamayacağını söyledim. Sonra bir şekilde çözeceklerini söylediler. Hotels de yazan oda bilgileriyle gerçekteki oda bilgileri farklıydı satandart odalarda jakuzi yok. bu yüzden girişte bir sorun yaşandı ama otel yetkilileri havuzlu odalardan birini bize vererek sorunu bi nebze çözdüler. Kahvaltıları güzel, açık büfe. Ama akşam yemeği açık büfesinde ana yemekte eser miktarda et var bu yüzden onu satın almanızı önermem, fiyatına değecek bir menü değil. Otopark alanı da sınırlı ama bir şekilde çözüyorlar. Kotta bir yere kat kat inşa edildiğinden, Otelin içi labirent gibi. Ama çok güzel de bir manzarası var. Genel olarak sessiz sakin ve huzurlu bir yer.

Güzel bir konumun en kötü oteli

Görsellerle alakası olmayan buradan tutulan oda nın en uç yere verilmesi bizim için olumsuz durumdu. Odamıza gidebilmemiz için yemek bölümünden geçmemiz resepsiyonla oda arası 15 dk olması odadaki çarşaf ve havluların lekeli olması tamamen hayal kırıklığı yarattı. Yemeklerine hiç girmiyorum. Yumurta kırıp yesek daha iyiydi. Bu oteli hiç tavsiye etmiyorum.

Hayatımda bu kadar yüksek ödeyip kaldığım en kötü yerdi otel girişimizi unutmuşlar geç gitmemize rağmen 1 saat bekledik oda temizliği yapılmamıştı resepsiyon hiçbir bilgi vermedi yemek saatleri hakkında odaya su bile koymayı unutmuşlardı personeller ile iletişim çok zor bir şey sorduğunuzda suratınıza sadece bakıyorlar

Her şey güzeldi, temizlik konusunda çarşaf ve havlularda leke olması hoş değildi. Gün içerisinde odaya girip temizlik yapılması ve odanın toparlanması çok iyidi. Yemekler ve kahvaltı çeşitlilik, sıcaklık,lezzet açısından mükemmeldi. Yemek yanında ücretsiz içecek sunulmalı bu konuda yetersiz. Klima gün içerisinde yetersiz kalıyordu. Fakat Gece klimada sorun yaşamadık. Havuz ve şezlonglar yeterliydi. Manzara çok iyi.

It has an excellent location with beautiful views. The room is very spacious. The dinner buffet is regular and not very varied. We had a problem in the bathroom with a water leak from the toilet so the floor was always wet. and when you turn on the key of the water it comes out spilling out abruptly, so always getting you wet. That was the only problem. Maybe the rooms need a little maintenance.

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt im King Royal. Das Hotelpersonal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren sauber und komfortabel. Das Essen im Restaurant war köstlich, und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Wir können das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen! Wir freuen uns schon darauf, beim nächsten Besuch wieder bei Gökhan vorbeizuschauen!
