The service and staff were average. However, the room didn’t have even basic items like glasses, plates, or drinking water. The pool was very dirty and unusable. The breakfast was the same every day and tasted bad. This was my first and definitely last time staying at this hotel. It looks nothing like the pictures

The shower area could have been cleaner , hand shower did not work , shower head was not working but got replaced after asking , vanity drain is slow due to improper plumbing , vanity sink is loose due to improper installation , soap dispenser in the shower was empty Need more attention to details

3 gece konakladık. Ve gerçekten çok keyifliydi. Temizlik, istekler konusunda çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi. Güzel ve rahat bir ortam. Bir dahaki tatilimde de burayı tercih etmeyi düşünüyorum.Buzdolapları da yenilenirse çok iyi olur :)

Otele ilk girdiğimizde resepsiyonun ilgisizliğiyle karşılaştık direkt zaten ordan bir rahatsız olduk bir şeyler soruyorsun yüzünüze bakmıyorlar mini buzdolabı bozuk mu acaba dedimizde aldığımız cevap her şey çalışıyor mini bu kadar olur dendi gelip bir bakar mısınız dendiğinde geri dönüş olmadı çarşaflar batıktı onu da sorduğumuzda söylenen yıkandı ama güneş kremi olmuştur geçmiyor dendi musluğun başlığı kendinden çıkıyor sabun basma yeri bozuk sabun gelmiyor duş başlığı yerine oturmuyor kırık sanırım.Yemekler ortaydı havuz güzeldi ama diğer her şey maalesef beklentimizi karşılamadı

Balkon kapısı inanılmaz açılmamak üzerine yapılmış, Odada duş başlığı kırıktı. Çok ağır nem kokusu vardı. Temizlik vasattı. Kahvaltı kötüydü. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Allahtan iki gün kaldık yoksa tahammül edemezdim.
