This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in Turkey, or in my lifetime. The reception guy(possible manager) is so rude and impolite. We arrived at hotel and wanted to check in at night. The guy is impatient and unfriendly to us for unknown reason. Under this circumstance, we told him we would like to take a look at room then decided whether we should stay here or not. All of sudden, this guy loses his temper and said we already checked photos on hotel app, either you accepted our room or went to other hotel. We insisted to check room first, then he asked another two guys like thugs to pick us luggage out of hotel and threatened us in some Turkish. This is not how hotel staff should treat his guest, especially in Turkey. This hotel is really disappointing. The next day, this manager even came to us to remind us to check out early. This is ridiculous and I would never recommend anyone to stay This awful hotel.
