I was calling from a room on the 4th floor. It rang and then it sounded like they would hang up. I wanted to ask them to send maintenance to.our room because the sink was clogged. Well we made the best of it. Also, small bugs inside the pool. Nice cold pool. Does the hotel not upgrade Expedia members because I was told no 3rd party early check in or upgrades
