Location, location. Just 10 minutes away from the Eiffel Tower. Closer to restaurants and grocery stores. Breakfast is ok for 16 euros. Yes they have amenities for the kids. The bar and restaurant are open until 10:30 pm. However TVs don’t work in the rooms. I know you don’t go to Paris to watch tv but is good to have them working after a long day of walking in the city. We asked front desk about this situation and they said they were aware of the situation and they were going to fix it. No body did it and we stayed for 10 days some days we had the signal for few hours some days no signal at all.

Great property but not set up for families
"Great experience overall as the house and amenities are really made for a big gathering BUT probably for a short period (weekend only) and not for family with children. No washer /dryer on property, average cleaning and decent amount of already broken part of the house. I can see why this is great ..."
