Chambre qui donne sur la route aucune insonorisation je n arrive pas à dormir ! Je suis rester 45 min à l accueil car il ne trouver pas ma réservation ! D E S A S T R E U X à fuir absolument

Déplorable! Personnel lent et incompétent. Pour commencer le check in fut désastreux. La modification de ma réservation n'avait pas été prise en compte par l'hôtel alors que j'ai eu le responsable des réservations au téléphone pour confirmer. Les réservations ne sont pas informatisées, aucun ordinateur à la réception, tout était marqué dans un grand cahier! En quelle année sommes-nous? J'ai choisi cet hôtel qui est supposé être un Palace 5 étoiles pour les services qu'il offre. Laissez-moi vous dire que le petit déjeuner laisse fortement à désirer. Deux piscine sur trois étaient fermées. L'une pour travaux, l'autre car c'est la basse saison. Ainsi que le bowling et billard. Nous pouvons donc pas profiter des services de l'hôtel car c'est la basse saison? C'est inadmissible! La piscine chauffée intérieur ne peut, selon la responsable, être chauffée que sur pour un minimum de quinze personnes. Ma réservation indiquait pourtant 2 personnes. Il aurait sans doute été judicieux de m'en informer au téléphone lorsque j'ai appelé! Les femmes de ménage entrent dans la chambre sans frapper. Changent les serviettes mais ne nettoient rien... Le wifi ne marche nulle part dans l'hôtel! Énorme déception! Je ne vous recommande absolument pas. D'ailleurs, les habitants sont racistes, on nous à craché dessus dans la rue et insulter sans cesse en arabe! (Nous sommes deux jeunes femmes noires) Je ne me sentais vraiment pas en sécurité. Pour ma part : Morocco is cancelled!

Nice hotel, the decoration it’s very epic, however you can tell the facilities are old. Like 10 minutes away from downtown. the pool was being remodeled so is not available at least in this period.

Very relaxed atmosphere, food dishes limited choice but very tasty what was there. Small problem bathroom but was fixed very quickly without hassle, We arrived by car and security was very helpful in allocating safe parking space under cover.

Online-Buchung klappt nicht!!!

Resevierung und Bezahlung war bereits am 02.08.Wir kamen da an am 05.09. (1 Monat später), die Info war noch nicht da. D.h. Man wusste nichts von der Buchung. Zu Glück waren noch ein paar Zimmer frei. Sonst hätten wir mitten in der Nacht ein anderes Hotel suchen müssen. Das Personal war von der Situation überfordet. Das Risiko ist groß, beim nächsten Mal (villeicht mit Kids) auf der Strasse zu landen, obwohl mal 5* Hotel im Voraus geucht hat.

Habíamos reservado y pagado tres habitaciones , al llegar al hotel el recepcionista nos atendió con muy mala educación y que solo le aperecia una habitación pagada, todo esto para querer cobrarnos otra vez las habitaciones , llamamos al teléfono de la agencia y la agencia llamo al hotel quejándose y es cuando a nosotros nos comunica de que había un error , tened cuidado con este hotel por que a nosotros nos intentaron timar. Por lo demás las habitaciones estaban limpias y el desayuno muy bien y el servicio de los mayordomos también , deberían poner personal cualificado en recepción y atender a los clientes en condiciones .

Nice four star rating, for tourists too far

This huge hotel is situated a little too far from the center. Big tourist busses dump their tourists here for the night, which means if you go to breakfast too early you will find a factory crowd. The coffee is the worst ever. The room is big, but the bathroom and toilet need renovating. Plastic bathtub with dirty showercurtain. Nice hammam and good outside pool area. Staff is a little unfriendly.

Beautiful building. Not many in the hotel so no buffet breakfast despite already having paid for a buffet breakfast! Instead presented with piles of cakes (I don't eat cakes for breakfast) something that looked like luncheon sausage that I didn't eat and some cheese under glad wrap along with a few very dry dates and figs. No toast bread at any time, just rolls difficult to toast. An omelet upon request came with more cheese than egg. Very poor. When a tour came in for a night it all changed and a buffet breakfast became available tho even that was not good. I would rate the service as 3 star at best. The outdoor swimming pool was only half full on arrival and guests were told for several days in succession that it would be available tomorrow. Also was , suddenly full when the tour party came in and suddenly waiters appeared around the pool and so did a pool guy who dished out a few towels when requested. None of this was available the rest of the time. When I advised the manager that I had paid for a buffet breakfast and outdoor pool he told me that there were not enough guests to warrant a buffet breakfast. There were at least 14 that I saw that day. Only one of the lifts worked and it could certainly have been cleaner, mostly it smelt like fish. The rooms were cleaned well tho I had to ask for fresh sheets after 4 nights. Once the outdoor pool was full it was great. Most of the staff did not speak English. A beautiful hotel let down by the poor service.

L’hôtel est très jolie, assez propre, pas très loin du centre ville et de la médina, le taxi coute très peu chère pour ce déplacer. J'avais une chambre avec balcon et vue sur la piscine, assez spacieuse et belle salle de bain, la propreté est convenable mais faut pas regarder de trop près. Par contre le personnel est vraiment moyen, un matin, on appel a 9H pour demander le petit déjeuner en chambre, ils nous ont dit de le prendre au buffet, après avoir insisté pour l'avoir en chambre, ils nous l'ont monté, mais ils ont monté 1 seul petit déjeuné, on rappel pour leur signaler, on ne leur à pas précisé que nous en voulions 2 (nous sommes 2 dans la chambre cela parait logique !!!), ils ont refusé de nous en monté un 2ème. Nous avons donc du mon contenté d'un petit déjeuné pour deux qui été incomplé (pas de chocolat en poudre pour mettre dans le lait et pas de couteau pratique pour étaler le beurre sur les tartines). Le Wi-fi n'est accessible que dans la réception de l’hôtel (ni dans les chambre, ni dans les restaurant). La piscine extérieure est très belle, par contre le Spa est payant et assez chère. Cette hôtel n'est pas mauvais mais ne vaut pas 5 étoiles !!!
