They were very caring, making sure we receive top service and advised us on our plans. The cabins are very cute and cozy, and very clean with perfect views. "The hotel was clean and the staff very helpful. Fabiana was really helpful and really helped with even getting me to the airport. I am a wheelchair user and found the room spacious and perfect . The only issue I had was the lack of Aircon. It got warm in the room and this was when the temperature outside was 25 degrees... If it was the peak of summer, I would have struggled. But other than that, the hotel was perfect. 5 min walk/wheel to the main Grotto and church. Ideal location."

I’d add that I wish the rooms had more conventional shampoo, conditioner, soap as an offering. Some of the rooms didn’t prevent noise, hearing footsteps above, etc. Spa area was nice and well kept and a fun experience. We had a view of the river which was a highlight for sure. Overall it’s a convenient location for exploring all Lourdes have to offer at an affordable price."

There was enough provided for a week long stay and the location was excellent so I would recommend this hotel as great value for money."
