"Appartement tres bien situé au centre de l'île. Copropriété très bien entretenue et calme. Logement non nettoyé a notre arrivée, nous avons du faire le ménage nous. Le proprietaire a malgre tout chercher une solution et nous a renvoyé une personne pour nettoyer. ll faudrait un gros rafraîchissement de l'ensemble de l'appartement et un etat des lieux entrant et sortant serait top. Vaisselles tres sales. Un logement qui ne doit servir qu a faire de largent en le louant."

"Well the pool is just wonderful and the apartment is large and comfortable. The location is perfect with restaurants, bars, a supermarket and pharmacy a half block away. Parking is free and easy.Ciutadella is a delightful old town. But drive across to the north shore for the beach and fun boating opportunities. "I stayed in a first floor apartment with a south facing balcony. The apartment was simple but well equipped, with a comfortable bed and enough kitchen equipment to make simple meals. I was impressed that there was an oven, toaster, microwave and even a small washing machine. The outside surroundings were nice with lots of grass and palm trees. "Properties are large and spacious we went fully inclusive but there is supermarket on site and shops and restaurants 3 minute walk away.....SKy tv we got free WiFi......the staff are great and the bar staff are lovely......we enjoyed are stay here and would recommend this to anyone"

"We stayed 11 nights (a family of 4) in the apartment and were very happy. It was clean and had everything we needed. It has a small seating area in front with a sea view, with only one other apartment on the same level, so fairly private. The water pressure is occasionally a little low, but that applies to the whole area, so nothing can be done about that. When we had a small problem Michael was very quick to sort it out, and was very helpful. Would certainly stay there again."
