TRANSPORTATION:

- From Bologna Marconi Airport, you can take the train to Ferrara and then continue on bus no. 11 to the Buozzi stop (a 3-minute walk from the apartment).



- From Ferrara Station, the apartment is a 20-minute ride on the direct bus No. 11.



- If you’re coming by car: convenient for guests arriving by car, as there is a garage for guests’ exclusive use.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 20°C. The period during which the system is turned on and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
