"Our stay here was perfectly timed in the middle of our trip, giving us the peaceful place to rest and recharge...not to mention wash clothes. "The cottage was very comfortable with everything we needed. The location was amazing with easy walking to village center. Great local craft show on Tuesdays, the Glendale Village Shop had wonderful local foods, and we could watch seals and otters along the coast of The Little Minch. Easy drives to many great sites on the isle. Great place to stay!"

"We had a lovely stay here. Cottage is beautiful. Love the stone wall interior. Cottage was very warm. Small selection of shops and restaurants a short drive away, maybe 15 minutes if you can stop yourself stopping to admire the view! Would definitely recommend this cottage for a stay. Very good value for money."

"It was a wonderful cottage, conveniently located, with amazing views!! The cottage had everything you needed and was clean and well kept up! The hosts who live next door were very kind and helpful. I definitely plan to go back! My only tiny issue was on VRBO and cottages.com, that manages it, there was no reminder email sent before check in with details and no way to communicate with anyone. I followed the instructions for check in as listed, but if I had needed to arrive late or anything like...

"Staff are incredibly nice and helpful! The breakfast that’s included is delicious and has lots of variety. Only a 20 min walk from Portree City Centre so the hotel isn’t too far out! I loved my little cabin and would stay here again. "
