" I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Hotel Royal. From the moment I walked in, the experience was exceptional. I was warmly greeted with a genuine smile by Dimitri, who immediately made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. Within minutes, everything was already taken care of — he had sent the bellboy to my car to retrieve our luggage, which was such a thoughtful and efficient touch. As a VIP Expedia member, he also kindly upgraded me to a huge suite, which was an incredible surprise. The suite was stunning, featuring one of the most beautiful bathrooms I’ve seen, a private balcony with a lovely city view, and even a glimpse of the mountains in the distance. It truly made the stay feel extra special. The excellent service didn’t stop there — the staff at the restaurant and bar were also extremely kind and attentive, making every interaction pleasant. Overall, I’m extremely happy with my stay. The combination of warm hospitality, thoughtful service, and beautiful accommodations made this a memorable experience in Geneva. "We had a fantastic stay in Geneva. The location was perfect for our short visit—just steps from the train station, only 7 minutes from the airport, and within easy walking distance to great restaurants, shops, and historic sites. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, making it a relaxing place to return to after a day of exploring. The front desk staff were thoughtful, helpful, and very friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a great experience and an ideal base for seeing the best of Geneva."

"Very close to airport. Check in process is long and teduous: asking for the colour of your underwear and a DO IT YOURSELF data entering including passport numbers, expriry, date of birth for every occuoant. Sll this yo say it is a VERY INEFFICIENT and most of all LENGHTY process that in my opinion is a WASTE OF TINE for clients on too of being invasive to privacy."

"Stayed here a couple nights for the Christmas market in Geneva and Montreux. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, offering recommendations for where to eat and getting around. Room was clean and a good size as well! Nice shuttle to and from the airport as well, very friendly driver. Would stay here again for sure! "
