Great location and service, price/quality relation very good for New York, especially if you need a place with a kitchenette for your stay. Minor grip: a can opener would have been useful.

Good size room and clean. A/C worked wonderfully as did blackout curtains. Bed and pillows comfy. Was worried about outside noise due to Times Square location but it was a non issue. Bell hops were friendly and timely with bags. Some small negatives: bathroom frosted glass door shines bright light into room at night (if not staying alone) and no fan; pretty noisy from neighbors and doors slamming (glad I had ear plugs); was surprised at check-in they needed multiple ids and cc swiped twice.

Hotel was clean, room was spacious. Bar staff was super friendly

To start off, the location of this hotel is amazing! We only stayed one night but they upgraded our room to a king! The staff were super helpful and friendly. Would stay here again and recommend to others!
